Join us in the auditorium for an hour of wellness led by wellness practitioner Bianca Johnson.
This program features mindfulness meditation, journaling and group sharing, breathwork, goal/intention setting, accountability and check ins. Each month will have a different theme of mental, physical, and social wellness. The goal setting practices, journal prompts, and conversations will align with each month's topic. This is a monthly program that will occur every 4th Thursday of the month. Open to adults. Registration is required. Please call the library at (315) 336-4570 or stop by to sign up.
